Project for Mom

Hello there! Amylynne sharing today on the Bug Bytes! I know Father's Day is Sunday but I am way behind in my postings so maybe next month you'll get that one! Lol Anyway I altered a paper mache purse into a nifty card box! My mom loves to send cards so I thought this would make a great gift for her! Inside are 6 cards with 3 different sentiments well one is blank.

The flowers on the outside are a sizzix die Tattered Flowers. Punched butterflies is a Martha Stewart punch. The card bases and scalloped layers were all cut from A Childs Year cartridge. All other images were cut using Cindy Loo cartridge. I was going for flat cards to put inside to make them easier for her to mail. Anyone who frequents my blog will maybe know that this is difficult for me as I love to layer and pop and you name it.....lets just say the thickness of my cards usually cause a problem when mailing! Lol The stamps used were from Just Rite Stamp Co. Here are some closer shots of the cards.....

Well that is it for today! Enjoy the summer sunshine where ever you are! Thanks Pam for letting me share today! Have a good one and come visit me at www.amysscrappyspace.blogspot.com
