Hearts of Paper - Wonderful Child Craft

Hello everyone,

This is Denine from PumpkinSpice.  I am here on The Bug Bytes with a fun and easy 'CHILD FRIENDLY' valentine project.

Pumpkin and I made these together for her 'Classmates'. (Pre-School)  She had a blast because 1.  there is candy and 2. it is always fun to play with the 'Big Girl' crafting tools and supplies.

I did not use the traditional 'Valentine' papers, just because I so LOVE some of these older lines from MME!  Lime Twist has got to be one of my all time FAVS, and Stella & Rose, I just adore the styles on these lines.

We used:
"My Mind's Eye - Lime Twist 'Life of the Party "Love" Scallops paper
1 x 8 reclosable poly bags
PA Smooth White Cardstock
Lipstick Red Cat's Eye Chalk ink
Rosebud Cat's Eye Pigment ink
My Pink Stampers 'Love-alicious' Stamp Set
Valentine m&m's
Zots Dimentionals (Love these)

and Viola...

It has been difficult for Pumpkin to avoid EATING all the m&m's

If you are looking for some more inspiration today, the SPS Design Team has a hop today with 10 amazing designers.

Thanks you so much for taking the time to check out my posting today.  I hope you got a 'smile' out of something you saw or got some inspiration to go do something crafty.

Happy Crafting,
Denine

This is such a sweet gift idea. Ahh I had the same problems in my home too. My pumpkins ate all the candy :). TFS

Those 1x8 bags are a scream! Just the other day I saw valentine friendship m&ms and didn't buy them bc I wondered about packaging. Just bookmarked Pumpkin ;)
