The background paper is made using the gelli arts plate. So fun to do. to get the effect here I drew some circles for bubbles and placed the red heart yarn - the remaining yarn I had left over after doing the ruffled scarves. The border is from old Martha Stewart punch which have had for ages and had not used at all until now . Stuck some acrylic beads - is it called skittles?
