Kitchen Memories with Melin

Good Sunday morning crafty friends,

This is Melin of CookingWithCricut.com. I have the wonderful pleasure of sharing with you today. Thank you Pam and the rest of the Bug Bytes team for letting me share :-)

So here is my project for today.
kitchen memories by melin beltran-750j
Here is a view of the entire layout.

left border close up-750j
Here is a close up of the die cuts on the left border. I used some frosted lace stickles on the pie top to give it a “sugared” appearance.

right border closeup-750
Here is a close up of the die cuts on the right border.

muffins close up -500j
Here is a close up shot of the “muffins” I covered them with a bit of Cinnamon stickles so they would look sugary.
Now a little info:
The Pie, Apron, Oven Mitts, Cake Slice, “Kitchen” title, Container, Measuring Cup, Muffin Pan, Cupcake and Cake on Plate all came from the…From My Kitchen Cartridge. The word Memories came from the Winter Frolic Cartridge. The border is a Martha Stewart Border punch.
I used various inks, chalks and stickles to add some additional character to the die cuts.
Thank you again for allowing me to share. You can stop by CookingWithCricut.com blog as I have a little blog candy giveaway going on. Have a wonderfully crafty day!
